THINK HERE

I was asked by an architectural design firm to work directly with their client to build a new business brand for leasing a complex of buildings. They would be completely re-designing interiors and exteriors, building an extensive campus and subsequently offer properties for lease.

At the onset it was important for me to know the kind of leasing clients they wanted to attract and why. With an international scientific services company already in the complex we determined that other scientific and academics based companies could benefit by working in and around the already established company and employees.

I presented 7 unique names as the primary corporate element for branding the business park. Each one was simple and referenced ideas or things that could be appreciated and interpreted with science minded thinking. The Meridian, Reseau Plaza, Prism Park...

With further discussion I learned the client felt strongly they were offering a location highly conducive to in-depth research and product development. With that we arrived at the brand name "THINK HERE."

The three key visual branding elements: THINK HERE on a blue background, a simple design chair visual, and a graphics spiral, each one suggesting the business complex was a place for solid thinking and growth.

Along with several of the interior building visuals, I was asked to develop the interior and exterior way finding signage as well as a master navigation panel in the main lobby to greet the visitors.

Finally, I was asked to create the primary artwork for the main lobby and two large mixed media portraits were completed and installed prior to the launch of the complex.
